East Rutherford Mayor James Cassella wants the Giants to pay taxes on the Timex facility. A court hearing was held last week in Hackensack. The judge is expected to render his decision within the next couple of weeks. The decision could be groundbreaking for the town. Town officials say they may go after the stadium, Xanadu and all other privately owned facilities located on the state land, if East Rutherford wins in court.
