On eve of vote, NFL owners agree, Giants and Jets huge favorites to host Super Bowl in 2014

Giants co-owner John Mara (b.) has to wait until 4 p.m. to start officially planning for the 2014 Super Bowl at the new Meadowlands stadium (b.), but NFL owners say the game will be there.
