NY Giants coach Tom Coughlin confirms safety Aaron Rouse will start over C.C. Brown

Safety Aaron Rouse (right) will make his first start for the Giants in place of C.C. Brown. Coach Tom Coughlin called Rouse "a tall, fast athlete."
