Yes, Plax is dramatic, but then what elite receiver isn't somewhat dramatic? TO, Moss, Ocho? Does anyone recall Sheldon Brown trying to cover Plax, or Al Harris in the NFC Championship in 07? he creates a bad situation and commands a double team a large percentage of the time. Will he be rusty out of jail? Possibly, but I don't think it will take him long to get back in sync with Eli. Once he does, you will see guys like Nicks torching with YAC as well as Smith. To have THREE elite receivers on the squad would be epic.
I couldn't have said it better myself. Also, everyone shouldn't forget that Steve Smith might be Eli's favorite receiver currently, but Plaxico is Eli's favorite receiver ever!
