Eric Borgia, Executive Chef of New Meadowlands Stadium, poses with meat balls, a recipe from his grandmother who used to live in Rutherford. With images of his maternal grandmother scattered on food booths around the stadium, Borgia said she will be watching to make sure he does a good job.
