Giants defensive tackle Jay Alford finally pushing his surgically repaired knee to the limit

Giants defensive tackle Jay Alford said he decided this week to finally push his surgically repaired knee. The result was some soreness and "fatigue" but a boost in confidence because of how the knee responded.
